Planning

Bioregistry
One registry for every reagent: antibodies, plasmids, ADCs, multispecifics, cell lines, chemicals, and more. Sequence-aware from the start, with variable domains and CDRs called automatically. Each record connects to the clones, constructs, assays, and inventory around it, so a candidate's full picture is in one place.
Discovery
First-class support for phage and cell display campaigns, hybridoma and B-cell sorting and screening, and multispecific panel generation and evaluation. As clones are sequenced, variable domains and CDRs are called automatically, and the panel that comes out is ready for cloning, expression, and characterization.
Molecular Biology
Design expression vectors in the browser from your own catalog of parts, or import an existing plasmid and edit the map directly, with reverse translation and simulated cloning built in. Carry each build through a tracked pipeline to a verified plasmid that lands in inventory with its lineage back to the originating clone and the project it serves.
Protein Engineering
Design the engineered formats your program actually runs with a drag-and-drop canvas: bispecifics, T-cell engagers, protein fusions, or any other format your team invents. Register ADCs along with their payload chemistry. Generate a panel and rank the candidates against one another so that decisions are read off data.
Protein Production
From expression request to released lot, with the production data captured at every step. Standard and high-throughput expression run on one platform; every lot is reviewed against yield, concentration, purity, and endotoxin before release; and released lots land in inventory with their full production record attached.
Inventory
A live picture of every freezer, shelf, box, and tube, connected to every aliquot and tied to the experiments those samples belong to. Scientists pull samples without hunting; lab managers see what's on hand without a spreadsheet; and the clones, proteins, and assays that come out keep their full history.
In Vivo
The whole animal study in one place: cohort enrolled into treatment groups, dosed against the live inventory, with measurements, mortality, and tissue collection captured on schedule. When the data is in, survival curves, per-group time-series, and dose-response fits run against the cohort the technicians recorded.
ELN
A structured lab notebook whose entries capture real records, each linked back to its source: the antibody from the registry, the sample from inventory, the assay result as measured. Entries are numbered, tagged, and searchable across every notebook; signed and witnessed with a full audit trail; with templates that make repeated procedures reusable.
Analysis
Turn raw instrument output and sequence data into structured, comparable results without leaving the platform. Capture from every instrument, fit dose-response curves, annotate antibody sequences and screen them for liabilities, identify clones from Sanger and NGS runs, and search and align across the whole registry that the rest of Affinity uses.
Reporting
Dashboards, candidate comparisons and profiles, and report pages that read directly from the same registry the rest of Affinity writes to. The ranked candidate list, the program dashboard, and the leadership report all reflect the data as it stands, not last week's export.
