The phage display technique of therapeutic antibody selection provides a means of capturing an enormous variety of natural and synthetic antibody repertoires for antibody discovery in phage libraries. However, keeping track of the different protocols and steps involved in a phage discovery campaign can be a challenge, especially when spread across different systems for note-taking, record-keeping, and assay data management.

Affinity provides a fully-integrated phage panning and selection process, from library creation, protocol design, and visualization through lead identification and hand-off. Supplement step-by-step instructions in your ELN with a graphical representation of your entire phage panning protocol, then easily generate sets of screening plates for assaying, sequencing, filtering, and analysis. Every set of filtered plates includes the filter that produced it and is linked back to its source plates to facilitate automation.

Instead of simply listing the steps in your phage protocols, graphically connect phage libraries, antigens, and other reagents to your rounds of selection, then generate multiple pools of phage output to seed subsequent rounds or to generate plates for screening.
