The continued miniaturization of screening assays into high-density plate formats and growth in the use of liquid handling platforms create opportunities for high-throughput screening of antibodies generated by a discovery campaign.
Affinity is designed to process large sets of screening data and to generate the automation scripts that drive liquid handler robots. Experimental data files can be imported directly from the instruments that produced them into Affinity's assay data management system. Captured assay data can then be combined into reports and used to filter down to the best set of lead antibodies. Every set is associated with the filters that produced it and mapped to new plates using a plate layout of your choice. The source-to-destination mappings can then be exported as scripts to produce the new set of plates on your liquid handling platform. If needed, the filtered plates can themselves be filtered again to produce an entirely new set, including by using Affinity's lead characterization capabilities to "collapse to uniques, selecting only the unique antibody sequences identified by sequence analysis to produce a new set of plates.
With support for the entire screening process in a single place regardless of scale and out-of-the-box workflows for phage, hybridoma, and single B-cell campaigns, Affinity handles any discovery campaign of any size from start to finish.
